Danielle Waters,
Operations Manager
Danielle began her career with Happy Paws Unleashed in 2015 as a dog daycare attendant. She brought with her years of customer service and management experience. Dog daycare was something new but her love of animals drove her to make the career change. She spent a few years learning from mentors and other dog body language experts to improve her knowledge of her position and dogs in general. Danielle enjoyed broadening her horizons to work in multiple departments; this led her to use her customer service skills at the front desk and take on a role as assistant manager & eventually manager of the daycare. Since then she has become knowledgeable in all departments and enjoys sharing her expertise with new & current employees. This has brought her into her current role as Operations Manager. She is excited & passionate to keep the company moving forward in this every-growing pet industry!

It was not long before she grew comfortable and knowledgeable in the workings of the front of house where she was promoted to Front Desk Manager. She expertly handles client communications, appointments & reservations, and assistance in the daycare. She does taxis for dogs to and from daycare as well as home visits and pet sitting services. If you have a question, Kim is sure to have the answer!
Kim also creates HPU’s company shirts, hoodies, and even birthday bandannas for the daycare dogs! She uses her Cricut machine to design logos and stickers for all dog lovers. Stop by the lobby to see what she has available!
